**Reservation Fee guarantees slots for 1 hour and must be paid at the time of reservation.**

Mon - Fri:  9AM - 5 PM
(Daytime rates):
$11 reservation fee required for reservations,Minimum of 1 hour
no exceptions. 1st hour full price for all children, after 1st hour pricing
is as follows:

$11.00 per hour - 1st child
$9.00 per hour - 2nd Child
$7.00 per hour - 3rd Child
$6.00 per hour - 4th+ Child

After 5pm and Saturday
(Nights and Weekends Rates):
$12 reservation fee required for reservations. Minimum of 1 hour no exceptions. 1st hour full price  for all children. After 1st hour pricing is as follows:

LATE FEES

Visits begin and end at the time that has been reserved unless you have requested an extension during visit. After you have exceeded your scheduled reservation time, you will be given a 5-minute grace period, then late fees will begin to accrue on your account of $1 per minute, per child until pick up, as well as the time that accrues while your child is still in our care. Accounts with more than 3 consecutive tardiness will result in suspension of family account for duration of 1 month. Second offense 3 months, and 3rd will be suspended indefinitely. Late fees are to be paid out of pocket, they can not come out of any prepaid balance on the account
 
Refund Policy
 

 

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all packages purchased. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase if you have not used our services After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try our service in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

​No event refunds for families that do not show up for scheduled event and groups as our facility closes reservations to customers outside of event/group for scheduled event.
